He has tried over-the-counter medications without relief of symptoms. He noticed that his symptoms are getting progressively worse. He also has itchy eyes, ringing in his ears, frequent sneezing, wheezing, sinus congestion, gas, bloating, reflux, diarrhea, stomach pains, anxiety, insomnia, and rashes.

DIAGNOSES:

Dermatitis.
Gas and bloating.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
We recommend comprehensive platinum ALCAT testing. The patient seems to have significant allergies and may have severe food intolerance contributing to his symptoms. I will recommend a follow-up with family physician or dermatologist for some antifungal cream and/or oral antifungal medication. He may also have tinea versicolor.
